Kelley has studied under South Carolina Master Printmaker, Steve Nevitt , and served as a student apprentice to painter, Philip Mullen, Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of South Carolina, whose early body of work utilized the silk screen process to directly apply images to large scale canvas. She earned her Bachelor’s of Art degree from Columbia College in Columbia, SC, and recently served as special project assistant at Columbia College for "Ideas of My Own," a year-long celebration recognizing the centennial anniversary of American Artist, Georgia O'Keeffe, who taught there in 1915.
