How it Works
Step One – Register
VENUE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN AUGUST 25, 2014!
Step Two – Venue Selection
1. Venues will view official competition artwork with the ArtFields Art Team through a private gallery.
2. Venue will select and invite the artist via e-mail no later than Friday, January 23, 2015.
3. An Artist and Venue Hosting Agreement will be signed to confirm your participation. Artist and Venue Hosting Agreements must be completed and returned by Friday, January 30, 2015.
The ArtFields Art Team will consult with official Venues before inviting Artists to exhibit in their space. This will ensure venues will display each artwork in the most fitting, safe environment with sufficient room for viewing.
Step Three – Communicate
Venues and Artists will then communicate with each other on matters of the Artist transporting Entry to the venue, share ideas for promotion of the Entry.
