Artist Statement

Once together, now ripped apart. In this battle, the family bond of blood is stronger than any relationship that can be formed with another human. Blood ties may not be stronger emotionally, but physically, family wins this fight.

Artist Biography

Isabelle Quade

Myrtle Beach, SC

I am a student at the Academy of Arts, Science, and Technology in Myrtle Beach, SC. As for the future I want to go to the College of Charleston to major in Elementary Education. Keeping art as a hobby or some sort of job in the future would also be something I would really like to do if possible. Some of my accomplishments so far is that my works have been exhibited at the 2019 State Fair and online in the 2020 Art Fields Competition. My art is heavily influenced by the expressionistic art period and artists like Claude Monet.
