Exhibitions

Crossroads Gallery, Jones-Carter Gallery, and TRAX Visual Art Center are dedicated to the year-round display of engaging artwork. Each space is open Tuesday through Saturday during the course of exhibitions from 11am to 5pm with free admission. Field trips for students of all ages are offered in conjunction with our gallery shows and are specifically tailored to meet essential learning outcomes.

Explore Participating Galleries:

Acline Studios was opened in conjunction with the 2024 Competition & Festival. This facility houses a gallery space, shared outdoor workspace, and 9 studio spaces. This space aims to serve our artist community and provide year-round programming opportunities. Visitors can explore rotating exhibitions in the gallery portion while artists maintain their working studios in the back of the building.

Jones-Carter Gallery was the first gallery space in Lake City. Originally a feed and seed store, this 3,000 square foot gallery space was renovated in 2013 and now showcases year-round, rotating art exhibitions.

TRAX Visual Art Center instantly became one of South Carolina’s largest art centers when it opened in 2018 for the ArtFields Competition & Festival. A former warehouse, today TRAX’s 5,000 square feet includes two large gallery spaces and a sculpture garden. Our location in the heart of downtown Lake City is important to us – keeping us connected to our friends and neighbors and inviting all who love and appreciate art to make it part of their every day experience.
