Lane is a Columbia based artist and art educator. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Art Education, Lane began teaching visual art in the greater Columbia area. For the past eleven years, she has been teaching at Ridge View High School where she also serves as the director of the School for the Arts program. Lane's recent 2D work explores the role that rituals play in our contemporary world.
