Hi, I’m Shaina Manuel! I live, work and play in Columbia, South Carolina. By day, I am a middle school teacher and artist by night.

I grew up in northern Virginia and have always loved to draw and create. I found it to be a way to endlessly entertain as well as express myself. This habit has stayed, transformed and grown with me.

I do commissioned portraits, (which I love!) but left to my own devices, I gravitate towards portraits and emotionally charged scenes.
