Enter this space filled with ivory tones and porcelain forms reaching toward you. Feel your feet touch hundreds of porcelain pebbles. Awaken your ears to the gentle clinking underfoot. The forms that surround you create an interlocking tessellation, while the movement out from that consistent shape evolves and changes, and the interactions and relationships of the forms against one another continue to shift as you move your gaze upward and downward and around. Witness these concepts of predictability and consistency alongside and giving way to evolution, change, and growth. Simultaneous motion and stillness. Now, I ask: If we surround ourselves with objects and materials that are fragile yet strong, that both absorb and reflect light, that embrace without touching, can we take on these qualities and carry them with us when we leave?
