I am an artist living and working in Myrtle Beach, SC. After growing up in New England, I moved south and studied art at Coastal Carolina University, receiving a BA in Art Studio in 2017. Expressing myself creatively has always been an instinctual priority for me, ever since I was a child. I developed a passion for painting with water-mixable oils (my primary medium) in 2015 while enrolled in an introductory painting course. I feel compelled to paint anything that strikes me as beautiful or meaningful, whether a thrilling landscape or an ordinary object. Currently, my portfolio consists of alla prima still lifes, landscapes of inspirational places, and portraits that explore and reflect mood and emotion.
