Breannan Gamez

Statesboro, GA

Breannan Gamez (born 2000) is a student artist living in Statesboro, GA where she currently attends Georgia Southern University for her BFA in 2D Studio Art. She is expected to graduate in December of 2023. Inspired by topographical maps and geodes, Breannan is experimenting with sculptural elements that challenge how depth is interpreted. Her work has recently been exhibited in the 55th International Exhibition of Japan Enamelling Artist Association in the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, Japan. Breannan’s work has also been featured in the Juried Undergraduate Prospectus and received second-place in Fabricated: A Wearable Art Exhibition at the Center for Art and Theatre of Georgia Southern University, Georgia (2022).
