Catherine Walker is a Professor in the School of Art and Design at East Carolina University. She attended the Central School of Art and Design in London, England before coming to East Carolina University to complete her BFA and MFA. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, and has won numerous awards. Her primary areas are printmaking and painting. She has worked in lithography and etching. Presently, she is focused on creating highly detailed linocuts. Some of these works depict interior spaces and the objects that live within them.
