Originally from Nashville, TN, Terry relocated to Atlanta, GA with his job at AT&T retiring in 2019. Now based in Duluth, GA, he decided to pursue his passion for abstract art. He is a self-taught artist who loves exploring how color, light and form interact on the canvas. He paints intuitively, layering shapes and marks to create paintings that spark emotion and invite different interpretations. Since painting full-time, Terry's work has been featured in juried exhibits at galleries and art centers around Atlanta. In June 2024, he had the exciting opportunity to showcase his work in a solo exhibit.
