Main Street, TRAX Visual Art Center, Jones-Carter Gallery, Acline Studios or The Rob during the festival. Activation Stations open at 11am-7pm Friday, April 25th, and then follow regular open hours for the duration of the festival. On Saturday, May 3, please be reminded that VOTING ENDS PROMPTLY at 4PM so please activate your registration by 3:45PM!

Christie Chandler

Christie Chandler grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating from Georgia Tech, she spent fifteen years abroad in South Africa, France, and England. She studied art at Central St. Martin's in London, and moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2013 where she focused on drawing, painting, murals, and installation art. In 2022, Christie moved to Eufaula, Alabama, where she and her husband live on a farm with 14 animals. In 2023, she founded a nonprofit called the Bluff City Arts Alliance (BCAA), which was formed to build rural community engagement through the arts.
The BCAA has already held a sold out performative arts show, two pop-up gallery events, and will feature a photography show in November. Christie's creativity has spread into creating a range of experiences that will shine the light on other local artists. The BCAA has just launched an outdoor public arts park as well. She is passionate about encouraging rural economic development and nurturing the next generation of artists.
