My work examines the intersection of womanhood and technology, exploring how our deepest connections can be altered by the prominence of digital devices. Those who I share my deepest connections with are painted in a saturated haze. "iPhone Pinky" reflects how the screen becomes a filter through which we try to capture and curate experiences for later, often at the expense of fully inhabiting the present moment.
