Morgan Kinne (b. 1988) holds a BFA in Sculpture from Winthrop University and an MFA in Sculpture from the University of Edinburgh. From Rock Hill, SC, she has lived in Europe studying traditional sculpture techniques and contemporary art practices, building a deep knowledge of the foundations of contemporary art practice as well as art history and contemporary art theory, exhibiting work in galleries, installations, performances and shows in the US, UK and Europe. She currently serves as professor of sculpture and 3D design at the College of Charleston, teaches sculpture at Ashley Ridge High School, and serves as the sculpture studio manager at the College of Charleston. She has lived and worked in Charleston since 2014.
