I am a self taught black and white photographer. Have been doing photography off and on since the late '70s. I became more dedicated to the craft after my retirement eight years ago. I shoot mostly digital with a variety of lenses, but still occasionally shoot film. I have been part of three exhibitions in recent times. I had two pieces in the 2021, Durham Art Guild juried show. I was part of a two person exhibition at the Skylight Gallery in Hillsborough, NC, in March of this year, and had six pieces in a North Carolina fifty artist show at the Brooklyn Waterfront Artist Coalition, Brooklyn, NY, that ran from June 1st to August 25th of this year. My photography is a hobby, but one that inspires me to explore the world almost every day.
