Andrew Davis is an interdisciplinary artist whose work combines sculpture, drawing, and digital media to explore materiality, hierarchy, and regional identity. He is an instructor and studio technician at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC.
Stephanie Sutton's performances for the camera employ conventions of labor and ritual to complicate assumptions of discipline, destabilizing virtues of self-control. If the work develops from the particularities of her own body, its ultimate goal is to probe the relationship between individuals and the many lenses through which we see and are seen.. She is currently Assistant Professor in Photography and Time-Based Media at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC.
