2025 Wet Paint Competition Applications Now Open
The third annual ‘Wet Paint’ Plein Air Competition is back as part of ArtFields’ 2025 Competition & Festival!
WHERE: Lake City, SC during the 2025 Festival
WHEN: Saturday, May 3rd from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM with awards selected by judge Michael Story.
PRIZES: Artists will be awarded $1,000 for first place, $700 for second place, and $300 for third place.
HOW: Artists can pre-register HERE to participate in the competition. Participating artists will check in on May 3rd at 10am at the Truluck Properties (134-138 East Main Street, Lake City, SC) to get their canvas officially stamped before heading around town to create their artwork.
Visitors are encouraged to stop by and talk to the artists about their process during the afternoon.
