MARY JANE PARKER is a mixed media artist whose work combines printmaking techniques with other media including drawing, cut paper and encaustic techniques. Mary Jane lives and works in New Orleans. She was awarded a Pollock-Krasner Foundation Fellowship in 2007 and is part of the permanent collection of the New Orleans Museum of Art, the LSU Museum of Art, the Center for Book Arts in New York and numerous private collections. Mary Jane is on the faculty of the visual arts department at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts.
