Linda Hall is a multimedia sculpture, painter and social interrupter whose work is inspired by the natural world and the human condition. She holds an MFA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is an occasional adjunct professor at Florida State University. Her watercolor paintings and three-dimensional soft sculpture works have been exhibited in group and solo shows in regional and national and international publications and venues. Her work has been featured on various music CD and book covers, in New American Paintings, Oxford American, Flamingo Magazine and Beautiful Decay. Her community public art projects such as parades, processions, murals and cabarets occur locally, nationally and internationally. She lives in Tallahassee Florida and has a studio in the historic area of town called Smokey Hollow.
