Artist Statement

I wanted to make something that shows my creativity with found objects and recycle a trash treasure. I collected many syringe top caps from a family member with diabetes and wig heads from another family member having cancer treatments. Using these items to make art somehow conquers their sickness. "Space Head Lady" rises above the earth struck terrors and symbolizes a rhythm of fun and a strength beyond life.
