Artist Statement

This is a painting of our dog Trudi. She is my best friend and I started painting her as a gift for my Opa (grandfather). When I was painting her, we found out that she needed ACL surgery. I was worried about the surgery and if she would recover okay. She is so sweet and loving and I love to cuddle with her. The surgery was successful and Trudi is thriving!

I am 14 years old and have been working on art for the last seven years. I enjoy doing all kinds of arts and crafts. I also enjoy spending time with my family and my dog.
