“A small nap in the cold” This is a digital artwork of a bird called a “Shima-enaga”. A shimaenaga is a bird that only lives in Hokkaido, Japan. I wanted to draw this artwork because a shimaenaga is one of my favorite birds of all and I wanted people to know that this cute bird exists in the world. I put most effort in making the drawing detailed and realistic and, to make contrast in color. If you look at the drawing closely, you can see the details I have put in the beak and other places to enunciate the light coming from the left side. I hope you like it!
