For my piece “Morphed Mushrooms” I used cardboard, oil pastels, old pages from an encyclopedia to create a morphed portrait of a woman and nature. This is a piece for my AP Art sustained investigation where I am focusing on the effects of nature and people. I blended my oil pastels in a fauvist style and peeled away cardboard to introduce a variety of textures and layers. I collaged all these elements together to make one cohesive image. I then photographed my art and multiplied it using Adobe Express to create a symmetrical and balanced design.
