My name is Ava and I attend South Florence high school. Just this year, I joined the National Honors Art Society at my school and I already love it. My love for art stems from being exposed to it at a young age. I've played many sports, gymnastics, ballet, and piano over the years but nothing sparks my interest like art. When I was younger, I would carry around a sketchbook and doodle in it everyday. I had a portfolio where I would store all my drawings because I knew in the future I would want to look over them. All of this has led me to where I am now. I strive to become better in technique so one day I can sell my art. I mainly love to paint landscapes and draw still-life.
