I've always loved peacocks, they are stunning and I adore their gorgeous eyes. So when I found out I could do the eye of a peacock I was excited. It was difficult to get the details with the pen. I had to focus on precision and details. I had to practice different patterns to figure out which one matched each part specifically. My goal was to put all the different patterns together and give the viewer a perspective that makes it look like a shadow and like coloring but really it's only a pen.
