This art work is about being stuck in your head and limiting yourself on the abilities that you are capable of because of something that has held you back. The main thing that inspired me to create this was an old coach that I had. He was very mentally abusive to me and because of that I almost never touched a volleyball ever again. I wanted to express how I felt in sculpture and thought this was the best way to show it.
