For my artwork, I painted an image of my hands. They represent that despite how AI seems like it'll be the end of art in some aspects, artists are better, and will be better no matter what. I was inspired by the fact that AI can't create hands well. I decided to one-up AI and make the hands myself. I used wood since it's the most natural surface that is easily available, and oil because it's the most classic art medium, which invokes popular works of old. My goal was to inspire any and all artists to keep prevailing in spite of a major threat to our livelihood.
