Meryl Truett is a fine art and editorial photographer whose work is exhibited and collected nationwide. Her work documents the evolving social terrain of Roadside Americana. From urban transition to the vanishing rural identity of the exurban landscape, she captures a personal vision of place. Truett’s photographs are included in numerous public and private collections, including the Telfair Museum of Art/Jepson Center in Savannah, the Morris Museum in Augusta, GA, the University of South Carolina, Vanberbilt University, Savannah College of Art and Design, BellSouth, and Troutman Sanders, LLP. She is a professor of photography at Savannah College of Art and Design.
