Denise Wellbrock is a recent BFA graduate from Northern Kentucky University and a current MFA Candidate and Graduate Assistant at Clemson University. Her work has been exhibited in places such as The Cincinnati Art Museum, Art Academy of Cincinnati, Cincinnati OH; University of Cincinnati Blue Ash in Cincinnati, OH; Northern Kentucky University Galleries, Highland Heights, KY; Boom Gallery in Cincinnati, OH; and Asheville, NC. She has completed a commission for The Brighton Center in Newport, KY, and has won an online figurative art competition for the state of Kentucky through Figure50. She has received numerous scholarships through organizations such as the Cincinnati Women’s Club, the Visual Arts Department at Northern Kentucky University, and Clemson University.
