We are glad you are reading this! It means that you might want to submit for the 2025 annual ArtFields Competition & Festival and be part of a unique celebration of art and community in Lake City, SC. Selected artworks will be in one of the Southeast’s largest and most prestigious art events from April 25 – May 3, 2025 and be in the running for over $100,000 in cash prizes.  Your work will be among hundreds exhibited throughout our downtown in galleries, warehouses, restaurants, shops, and other venues. Thousands of people will see it, including art curators, collectors, critics, and news media. This event offers a special way for art to be displayed outside of the traditional white walls of a gallery or museum and encourages the public to have impactful art experiences everywhere they turn-from grabbing their cup of morning coffee to getting a haircut.

ArtFields began in 2013 with a mission of elevating the profile of Southern artists. The event was designed to incorporate the whole town into the celebration. If you’re selected to participate, your art might be hung anywhere from a barbershop to a clothing boutique. This allows art to be infinitely more accessible to everyone. Please be assured that our team works tirelessly to ensure that each artwork is displayed at its best. Submitting to ArtFields is submitting to an exhibition and competition that is strongly committed to celebrating Southern art and the stories our artists have to tell.
