This artwork is showing the warped perception of beauty. I have 5 unique girls with abnormal features. I have a panel as the background to represent an art gallery. The tags say ¨Priceless¨ and ¨Sold¨. This shows that they are priceless people and they are ¨sold¨ as long as they are happy. The description boxes represent peoples´ different sides. Each of them contain 3 good qualities, one personality flaw, a struggle they must overcome, and their unique physical feature. The last canvas is a mirror symbolizing that you too are art and priceless. I wanted to show that all of these people are happy and have their own look. I used bright colors and 3D objects to add visual interest and a more realistic look. The 3D objects show my own unique style. I drew inspiration from a feminist concept. The people who inspire me in art are my best friends, my mom, and my art teacher. I hope that this artwork will show people that everyone is beautiful and unique.
