Artist Statement

This painting was inspired by old fashioned toys and a music box my grandmother gave me. I didn't draw an exact replica of my grandmother's music box, however it was inspired by it. I really like the worn out old fashioned "aesthetic" that comes with this piece and I hope you do too.
