Artist Statement

Reflection in Music is my artwork piece that really coveys how I see myself. Even though playing trumpet is new to me, I still find creative identity in it, and I love to play what I like to reflect on myself.

My name is Eden Vander Ploeg and I first became interested in art when I was about 7, and started by drawing dragons. It was hard at first, but became easier and now I’m invested in doing both physical and digital art.
