My artwork Elmodritch Horror is inspired by my love for teeth and eyes that aren't supposed to be there. It also plays into my love for the creepy and weird toys. I really wanted to emphasize the eyes and teeth on this piece, which is why they are done in color pencil instead of alcohol markers to give them a different texture. I did the black and white background so the Elmo toy would stay out and give it a real pop of color.
