This artwork was completed in acrylic paints and depicts a lone Spinosaurus gazing up longingly at the moon in shallow water. The piece shows an environment that would have been similar to the Kem Kem Beds formation where Spinosaurus would have been found whenever it was alive all those millions of years ago.
