This piece is about perfection and beauty standards. I started this mixed media project going through magazines and I kept seeing beautiful images. It made me think more deeply about the definition of beauty. Across contries and cultures their are different beauty standards and definitions of perfection. What I found through creating this is that perfection comes in all colors, in the creases and wrinkles of our skin, and in the way that we see the world. Perfection lies within our imperfections and make us beautiful.
