?? My name is Sadie Case and I am an aspiring artist at the Academy for the Arts, Science, and Technology. While I am still a developing artist, I gravitate towards charcoal art with a majority of my pieces but would like to grow and try other mediums like chalk pastel. I enjoy creating portraits involving different kinds of fabric textures and patterns, but I am always open to exploring different types of pieces like landscapes. With the artwork I create, I particularly enjoy creating pieces that have themes of family and the memories created with them whether they are my biological family or people that have become family to me in my life. I believe there is beauty in portraying the different kinds of family and the comfort or discomfort each can bring into our lives. As I continue to evolve and grow as an artist, I hope to continue to have that family connection in every piece I create.
