Artist Statement

In the project, we made surrealism artworks. This artwork shows outer space being poured into the ocean. I used tenacity when I made a whole new artwork, even though I was halfway through my original artwork, because It wasn't to my liking. Even though I had a later start on the final, I’m still very happy with the results.

Priyanka Navale

Lexington, SC

My Name is Priyanka Navale. I am an eighth grader at Meadow Glen Middle School. I live with my mom and dad and my sister, who goes to college at USC. My favorite hobbies are drawing and reading. I was born in South Carolina, then moved to India and Georgia. From there I came back to Lexington when I was about 6-7 years old and have lived here since.
