This is a sculpture of the male heart. It is cased in stone and barbed wire. These protections arent to stop things from getting in. It is to stop emotions from getting out. This is because it is labeled as weak and pathetic as a man to let ypur emotions get out, to cry, or even to ask for help. This is why so many men end up hurting themselves to escape their emotions because they couldnt go elsewere. On average 132 males commit suicide daily. This is also fed into by the movments on social media telling them that they don’t matter or they are useless. To me, this is sickening that we jest let this go on and do nothing about it. It is a problem that needs to be solved
