Artist Statement

In this piece, I wanted to create a sense of fantasy. I wanted a single glance to take you out of this world and into a new one. Whether it was the bright colors and glorious landscape, or simply the fact that the subject was a dragon, the goal was to send you somewhere new.

I’m 14, in 8th grade, and I spend most of my time writing, painting, and playing video games. I’ve been doing art for several years and have finally settled on drawing/painting mostly fantasy subjects from books, movies, or my own imagination.
