The artwork depicts me looking towards the left, with a large smile, green pupils, and glasses. I created this piece with mostly oil pastels, and was drawn on a large grey sheet of paper. For the shading and lighting, I mostly smudged it together with my finger and smoothed it out. I think the big idea for my piece was for it to feel somewhat surreal, with the colors and design of my face. I believe the emotion I'm making in the piece is me making a goofy-happy face. The goal for the piece was to make it big, have it look unique and make it feel like my own style. I believe I have reached my goals for this piece, and it really does feel like my style. Overall, I'm satisfied with the outcome of this piece. Maybe this will help me inspire my artworks in the future with its very stylistic art style.
