My sister was born in a week and I was so excited to meet her. I asked my teacher if I could draw something special for my family. My mama was preparing the baby's room and I just wanted the baby to have a nice piece of art for her room. I didn't want to write her name, I wanted her to have some art. I made a picture of my family. In my drawing, you will see my Grandma Karen, my dad, Aunt Latasha, my mama Shyniqua, and my new baby sister. The rainbow covers my family and shows how much we love each other. I used crayons because I was rushing to get my picture done before my baby sister was born. I guess I can say I made a family tree because they mean so much to me. My gift to my sister is to always love her and to be the best big brother I can be.
