I got my idea from my love for the character Stitch from "Lilo and Stitch". I loved making his head and ears because they were fun to make. I struggled with getting his head to stay on his body and to make it look realistic. I love Stitch and I wanted people to feel the same. I used needle tool, loop tool, toothbrush, a paintbrush, wood modeling tool, clay, glaze and slip to make my art. If I could I would change his feet. I used multiple Elements of Art when I created this including color, form, texture, and lines. I am most proud of how I made his body. In class I learned how to use the tools for the clay and tried making a sculpture for the first time, I think it went well. I learned that my art has to be up to professional standards with good craftsmanship.
