This rose was quite challenging to paint, but helped me grow tremendously as an artist. Working with variations of yellow and magenta strengthened my abilities. There were so many colors I didn't expect to see within a yellow rose, like light green, dark purple, and brown. Overall I feel good about my journey with this rose at sunrise.
