This piece is a drawing of my younger sister from a picture I took when she was younger. I decided to use that picture for inspiration for an art assignment in class, because this is my last year pursuing art the way I have been since enrolling in art school. So I wanted all of my last pieces to be significant and meaningful to me. Which is why I felt this painting was appropriate for such requirements.
