My name is Nori Russell, and I am a passionate young artist attending Southside Middle School. I have been creating art for as long as I can remember, and it has always been a way for me to express my thoughts, emotions, and imagination. Currently, I am enrolled in an honors art class, where I have had the opportunity to explore different techniques, challenge myself, and refine my skills under guidance that pushes me to grow as an artist. I enjoy experimenting with a variety of mediums, from pencil and ink to digital tools, and I love finding inspiration in the world around me-whether it's nature, people, stories, or everyday moments. I strive to create artwork that tells a story, evokes emotion, or sparks imagination. Being an artist requires dedication, patience, and creativity, and I embrace every challenge as a chance to improve. Participating in this competition is an exciting opportunity to share my work, connect with other artists, and continue growing in my art journey.
