Emma Widdows

Emma Widdows is a visual arts student based in Greenville, SC. She attends school at Eastside High School and the Fine Arts Center. She has taken classes in ceramics, metals, and fiber. In 2023, she won the best of show in the Greenville County Winners Show. In 2024, she received a gold key in the Scholastics Art and Writing, Region at Large, Southeast. She has experimented with different media, but she mainly focuses on drawing and painting. She often explores themes about her faith, personal values, and making connections to her feelings through her art. Currently, Emma is working on a 2D AP Portfolio questioning the ideas of beauty. She continues to create art to express herself and the emotions she goes through in everyday life as a teenage girl.
