In art class we discussed the Day of the Dead. My art teacher showed us examples of sugar skulls. She showed us how to make our own sugar skull, and we were told to add our own details. After we drew the skull, we used watercolor paints to make the colors. I really enjoy exploring different ways to use materials. In this piece, I blended colors together and I love how it turned out.
