My composition is inspired by the fall season-it represents that even in a specific color palette of reds, oranges, and browns, there can be sparks of various colors, such as yellows and greens. This was made for an art class assignment where we had to take a picture of a taped object and then draw it. The pumpkin's beauty made me choose it as my reference, and so I drew and colored it using prisma colored pencils. My main goal behind this piece of art is to show that everything has bright and vibrant colors, even a basic taped pumpkin. You just have to fix your view to see it as more than just an orange and brown gourd.
