Irina Daniel

I was born and raised in Almaty, Kazakhstan. I loved drawing since I remember myself. My first education is medical, I got a nurse degree from Kazakh Medical State University. Starting from late 90s lived internationally in different countries, including UAE, Lybia and England. In 2003 I graduated from Dubai University with BA in Graphic Design for Advertising. After that I worked in Ogilvy as a graphic designer for a number of years. From 2008-2017 with my husband, the USA Citizen I lived back to Kazakhstan, since got a ob assignment there. By 2014 my two sons became more independent so I could dedicate more time to art. Then I started painting with oils, mainly realistic still lives and portraits. During that time I also found a clothing brand for children called Patchy&Catchy. We moved to the USA, NC, Raleigh in 2017.Since I have been painting, drawing and designing as much as my time permits in various styles and studying under numerous artist in the USA and Italy.
